There's a difference between fan art and copying art you are a fan of. Your copying line for line is copying- not fan art. I would suggest adding in your comments a link to Tom's DA and comic,and a direct link to the original picture otherwise you will be reported sooner or later. Avoid it now if you can.

You should stop copying Tom's work especially considering most of it you have put your name on it and you don't credit him properly.

Do more original work or original fanart and stop copying directly.
